“A clean”

“Beautiful location right in the lake and 2 blocks from the Hall of Fame. We liked the covered outdoor chairs to look at the lake, as well as chairs to sit and have lunch by the marina. Sadly they had a big fire in late July shutting down the restaurant, but thankfully the hotel is still open. We will stay here again when we come back. Nice staff, clean rooms, warm shower!”

“Great hotel. Just keep this part in mind, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but UBER is basically nonexistent. Make sure you have a vehicle.”

“No amenities, staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned. There’s a door which I thought was a closet, opened it to find it was an attached occupied room, staff should make note “this is NOT a closet” rooms could use a good cleaning. It’s a great location for Cooperstown All Star village,”

“This was my first time staying at a B&B and I absolutely loved it! It was cute and quaint! The daily breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Matt was an amazing host and made the stay feel like home away from home! If I ever go back to Laurens, I’m definitely staying there again. Thanks for the comforting hospitality!”

“Excellent area, breakfast just needs to be replenished every 2 days as necessary. Parking was fantastic. All in all, I will rate a 9.5 of out a scale from 1-10. ”

“I didn't even stay there because the woman on the phone was so rude. I called to see if I could cancel because our plans changed and we were offered a closer option with much less driving involved for the last stage of our trip. At first, she just answered the phone like it was her house and didn't even seem to recognize my reservation. When she finally found it, she said oh yes, the room is ready and waiting for you. I will charge you full price if you cancel now. I thought she was mistaken...

“Floors in our room could have been cleaner or should be carpeted. Beds were good. Shower had very little water pressure. Breakfast was anemic.”
